Simon is a Solicitor and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. Simon joined the firm in April 2023 and is currently based in the Paignton office.

Simon specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold and freehold property, unregistered land, matrimonial transfers, transfers of equity and newbuild purchases. He also has experience in broader property matters such as deeds of variation, lease extensions, boundary issues, adverse possession claims, grants of easements, and light commercial property matters.

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has built significant experience since then. He has acted for many clients who have instructed him repeatedly over many years.

In his free time, Simon enjoys spending time with his family, reading, walking on Dartmoor and he follows most sports, in particular rugby and tennis. When time allows, he also plays tennis in local leagues, although certainly not to the standard he would like!
