Accidents at Work

At WBW we aim to take away the worry of bringing a claim and can act for you on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis, as well as advise on other methods of funding.

Accidents at Work

Accidents at work are very common. We handle a variety of claims including lifting/manual handling claims, claims involving care homes, falling from heights and claims involving faulty equipment.

We can also advise you on claims for industrial diseases such as deafness and vibration white finger.

Many people are concerned about bringing a claim against their employer, should it have repercussions with regards to their employment with them. Your employer is obliged to provide you with a safe environment in which to work, to provide you with appropriate training and to take care for your safety. If you have an accident and even if it was partly your fault you may still be entitled to compensation.

We are committed to dealing with your claim thoroughly and efficiently. We may be able to assist in obtaining appropriate medical treatment to assist with your rehabilitation and, in some situations, an interim payment to ease the financial burden caused by being off work due to your injuries or to pay for private medical treatment.

At WBW we aim to take away the worry of bringing a claim and can act for you on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis, as well as advise on other methods of funding.
