Pre-Nuptial Arrangements

Pre-Nuptial Arrangements

For those who are about to marry, protecting the assets which they have from a future partner can be an extremely sensitive subject.

However with an increasing number of second marriages and the growth in popularity of pre-nuptial arrangements in other parts of the world, these are increasingly of value for couples in England and Wales.

For many years WBW have advised upon pre-nuptial agreements, no matter the client’s circumstances. These agreements, if entered into with the benefit of legal advice and with appropriate safeguards, can provide certainty at the beginning of a new relationship and should that relationship founder, provide certainty and ease the separation process.

Before preparing such an agreement we consider your circumstances to learn the most important issues for you in order to advise upon the appropriate wording for your agreement.
