Trust Administration

At WBW we provide a unique service when administrating and managing Trusts. We are equipped to complete all compliance matters in relation to income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and to advise accordingly.

The work undertaken on an annual basis during the tax administration is as follows:

  • Six monthly investment reviews
  • Annual trust accounts
  • Income tax return
  • IHT100 form (if required)
  • A property management service
  • Annual analysis on the requirements of the Beneficiaries – this can also include Income and Expenditure Accounts to ensure the trust assets are providing sufficient returns to support the Beneficiaries
