What Our Customers Say
Thank you Kathryn and team for all your hard work and diplomacy, it was very much appreciated.
We were introduced to Laura Clarke who also enabled a smooth transition of our business in what was a short timescale.
I am also formally highly commending Kathryn Boyes, who is dealing with my case with the utmost efficiency, tact, professionalism and above all else friendliness. She was my ray of sunshine during a sad time and I appreciate her quiet, undemanding, manner in dealing with the estate. I was, and am, being kept informed of all matters relating to the case. Apart from her professionalism, her gentle friendly manner was an added bonus.
Melissa was totally on the ball and and lifted so much pressure off us. Every call was filled with sound advice. You can’t beat first class service.
Thank you so much Darren. You have been such a wonderful support during this whole journey. I have felt in complete trust at all times and time and again, you have gone over and beyond the call of duty for us. I have felt that you really cared. Thank you for this level of care, both personally and professionally.
Claire advised my mother on her accountancy matters and was very helpful when it came to dealing with her estate. Claire has now advised me for a number of years and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Emma was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. I would happily recommend her to anyone who was wanting to make a Will.
Caroline is a very warm, professional and efficient lady, and puts you at ease immediately. She is everything I would have expected a solicitor to be in the way she conducts herself. As soon as I left the office I was kept up to date and all my papers were sent to me immediately. Caroline explained the process of my Will and LPA in language I could understand in a calm and concise manner.
Sharon Lightwood was excellent and kept me updated at all times. I would always use her again, she was amazing.
We wanted to let you know how grateful we are for managing the conveyance of our Farm so smoothly. Never before have we been asked so many questions about a septic tank! We really appreciated your cool hand on the tiller and will be in touch in the future when we find a house in UK. Please pass our thanks to the front desk colleagues who were always so obliging and friendly.
I had been worrying for a very long time over the need to alter my Will. I had many different problems that I needed to sort out before actually deciding how to compile my new Will. Janice visited me at home, we had a lengthy discussion over different issues and she helped me greatly to sort out my concerns. Janice started the process after discussion and after considering her first draft, I was able to make clear decisions on my final wishes and was able to make amendments to arrive at my final Will. I was very grateful for her help and advice.
