Technology Trainer – IT Department – All Offices

The Candidate:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Designing and delivering structured technology training programmes, including classroom, remote and one-to-one training.
  • Delivering training to users with varying levels of technical ability and adapting training to different learning styles.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Good working knowledge of the SOS Practice Management System would be a benefit.
  • Experience producing user guides, training materials, videos, quick reference guides and other learning resources.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption or change management initiatives.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its practical business applications.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practice and the ability to deliver cybersecurity and phishing awareness training.
  • Ability to support the implementation and adoption of new technology and digital initiatives.

  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across different departments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable and flexible.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for regular business travel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between all WBW offices and occasionally work outside normal office hours where required.

Experience of working within a law firm or professional services environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of legal workflows and experience with legal technology platforms such as Infotrack, Egress and legal AI solutions. Microsoft or other recognised technology qualifications, or training/teaching qualifications, would also be desirable.
