Zoey Wübbels is a Chartered Legal Executive and works in the Commercial Property department within the Business Services Team at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2025 and is based in the Exeter and Honiton offices.

Zoey specialises in leasehold and shared ownership conveyancing matters, such as staircasing, lease extensions, resales, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire. She also has experience with leasehold asset management and residential conveyancing.

Zoey studied at Bournemouth University and received her LLB qualification in 2013. She has a number of years’ work experience in property law having worked at another multi-national law firm in Exeter and she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in December 2022.

In her free time, Zoey enjoys reading, travelling and fitness.
