Warren Douglas is a Solicitor and works in the Property Department at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in March 2023 and is based in our Exeter office.

Warren has a wealth of experience in buying and selling commercial and residential properties, unincorporated business asset sales and purchases, all aspects of commercial leases, farms and agricultural tenancies, site acquisition and development, SIPP and SSAS acquisitions and disposals, financing and negotiating deeds of easement and overage agreements.

He primarily works with private sector individual and corporate clients, but also takes on some work for local authorities and charities.

After studying at Exeter College and the University of the West of England Warren qualified as a Solicitor in 1993.

He spent the first 10 years of his career with the firm before going off to run his own practice in Newton Abbot for 12 years subsequent to that taking on Commercial Property Partner roles with two other local practices before deciding to return to WBW in 2023.

In his free time, Warren enjoys walking, cycling and time with family.
