Victoria Smyth is a Partner in the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2016 and is based in our Axminster office.

Victoria is delighted to be working in her home county as she grew up in Crewkerne and still lives in Somerset so when WBW merged with Beviss & Beckingsale in September 2021 it was a great opportunity for her to join the nearby office.

Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in September 2005, and specialises in Wills & Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Inheritance tax, and claims for agricultural and business relief. Alongside this she also advises clients about Will structures including Trusts. Having worked for WBW for a number of years she can also refer clients onto other colleagues if they need assistance with a problem which Victoria cannot answer.

Victoria is a Mum of 2 boys and has embraced the chaos that is being a busy working mother!
