Tracey Martin is an Associate in the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in November 2021 and works part-time from the Axminster offices.
Tracey specialises in the Wills & Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship
applications and generally advising the elderly. She also undertakes Probate & Estate Administration from simple to more complex estates and provides Inheritance Tax Planning (including deeds of variation).
Tracey qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 having trained in Maritime Litigation at Ince & Co in London. She returned to the South West working in Plymouth before moving to Somerset and beginning her career in Private Client in 2003.
Born in Devon, Tracey has lived all over the country before returning to Somerset. Outside of work she spends her time outdoors with family and friends, in particular anything to do with the sea, failing which hiking along the coast and walking her dog. Down time revolves around board games and books.
