Thomas is a Associate at WBW Solicitors and works in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Exeter. He deals with a broad range of commercial and civil disputes with a particular emphasis on property disputes (including: trespass, adverse possession, boundary disputes, restrictive covenants, easements, commercial and residential landlord & tenant, dilapidations, cohabitee property disputes and forfeiture etc); together with contractual disputes, nuisance and professional negligence claims.
