Suzanne Millage is an Associate and CLC Licensed Conveyancer and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2022 as part of a merger with Crosse + Crosse Solicitors, with whom she had worked for since 1993. She is primarily based in our Exeter office.
Suzanne has experience in a wide variety of property matters, including Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Gifts of Property, Transfers of Equity, Residential Leases, Deeds of Variation, Claims for Adverse Possession, and also Removal of Restrictive Covenants where possible.
Suzanne’s longstanding professional contacts with estate agents and surveyors, together with the firm’s IT resources and online links with the Land Registry, help to make the conveyancing process run quickly and efficiently.
