Simone De-Maria is a Chartered Legal Executive and works in the Family Department.  Simone joined WBW in 2025 and is based in our Axminster Office.

Simone has experience in divorce and financial matters, child contact and residence disputes, as well as private Children Act matters, separation and co-habitee disputes, pre and post nuptial Agreements, as well as advising on Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.  Simone also has experience in drafting Change of Name Deeds.    

Simone studied under CILEX, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009.  Simone is also a member of Resolution.

In her spare time, Simone likes to travel in the UK and abroad, particularly to places of historical interest.  Simone also enjoys pub quizzes and doing regular exercise.
