Sharon Lightwood is a Property Advisor in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in March 2022 and is based in our Exmouth office.
Sharon specialises in residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties. Sharon also assisted many clients with remortgages, Buy to Lets, Help to Buy, Probate sales and New Builds. She has had several repeat clients who were building up their property portfolios.
Before moving to Exmouth in 2020, Sharon worked in Staffordshire where she had been a legal expert for 18 years. She has 25 years experience in working on property matters.
In her free time she likes to read books, dabbles in writing and enjoys attending open mics and spoken word events.
