Shana Broaders is a Solicitor within our Inheritance Disputes team of the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2017 and is based in the Newton Abbot office.

Shana specialises in both contentious and non-contentious Private Client work and enjoys being able to find a resolution for clients at what is often a very difficult time.  Shana’s experience in non-contested probate work allows her to provide particular expertise when dealing with executor and beneficiary disputes having undertaken that work herself.

Shana is often involved when the firm are appointed as Independent Administrators as she is able to deal with the day-to-day estate administration whilst appreciating the disputed elements.

Shana also undertakes purely contested probate work and helps clients with a range of issues including Inheritance Act claims and Will disputes.

Shana qualified as a Solicitor in January 2023 after completing her Masters in Law and Legal practice in 2021, and a training contract with the firm.

Outside of work Shana enjoys walking her dog with family and travelling to visit friends.
