Sarah is a Legal Assistant and works in the Dispute Resolution department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2017 and is based in the Torquay office.

Sarah specialises in residential landlord and tenant disputes and eviction matters. Sarah has experience in commercial landlord and tenant matters relating to breaches of covenants and arrears. In addition, she can assist with Small Claim debt recovery and building disputes and contract law.

Prior to joining WBW’s Dispute Resolution department, she worked for an independent letting agent for over 7 years. Before joining the letting agent, she worked for a building and maintenance firm dealing with domestic household insurance claims and commercial reactive maintenance.

In May 2023, Sarah completed her CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice.

In her free time, she enjoys watching football, walking her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.
