Sanjeev Harash is a Partner and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in 2021 as part of a merger with Beviss & Beckingsale solicitors, with whom he had worked with since 2016. He is primarily based in the Axminster office.

Sanjeev specialises in residential and commercial property matters and acts for both commercial and residential landlords and tenants, advising them on all aspects of their property interests and dealings, and also acts for lenders and borrowers on bridging finance arrangements. His expertise includes business dispositions and acquisitions, share transfers, advising on option agreements, overage transfers, and buying and selling at auction.

Prior to joining us, Sanjeev specialised in property and litigation at the London office of an international law firm, having qualified as a solicitor in 2008.

In his spare time Sanjeev enjoys perfecting his golf swing at the driving range, playing chess and keeping abreast of international test match cricket and at the behest of his son, is now into gaming!
