Samantha Waters is a Property Advisor and works in the Property Department.  Samantha joined the firm in 2025 and works in the Exeter and Newton Abbot offices.

Samantha is experienced in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. 

Having worked as a Property Advisor in and around Exeter for almost 30 years, Samantha has also spent time working in-house for a national housebuilder dealing with site assembly work.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends and looking after her horse, Charlie.
