Penny Evans is an Associate in the Court of Protection Team of the Private Client Department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2022 as part of a merger with Crosse + Crosse Solicitors, whom she had worked for since 2002 and is based in our Newton Abbot office.
Penny specialises in elderly client law and assists with a wide range of
Court of Protection. She assists vulnerable clients, helping them navigate mental capacity issues and assisting them with the management of their general affairs. Penny also assists with aspects of Court of Protection applications.
She studied with the University of Plymouth and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice.
Outside of Work Penny enjoys spending time with her family and going on long walks with her English Springer, which provides the perfect excuse to visit the local tea rooms.
