Penny Davis is a Legal Assistant in the Court of Protection team of the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2015 and is based in our Newton Abbot office.

Penny has been part of the Court of Protection team at WBW since 2019. Prior to this, Penny worked within the wider Private Client team and has experience with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and likes to be outside as much as possible; whether that’s trying to exhaust her working cocker spaniel Claude on Dartmoor, or enjoying one of the many coastal paths Devon has to offer.
