Nick Emson is a Solicitor and works in the Family Law department at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in 2018 and is based in our Sidmouth and Exeter offices.
While he now concentrates primarily on the financial aspects of divorce and civil partnership dissolution, including the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements, Nick is also regularly instructed in complex and challenging disputes in relation to the care of children.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has practised in Family Law ever since. His broad experience in all types of family disputes has given him a clear understanding of the challenges for parties, and lawyers, involved in relationship breakdown.
