Nadia Kelley is a Chartered Legal Executive and Senior Associate in the Court of Protection Team of the Private Client department at WBW Solicitors. Nadia joined WBW Solicitors in April 2022 and is based in the Newton Abbot office.
Nadia specialises in all areas of Court of Protection and mental capacity law and has been working solely in this field since early 2014. She also has experience in Community Care law and compensation protection trusts as well as some wills and probate experience from earlier on in her career.
Nadia studied law at the University of Plymouth and following this, she completed her Legal Executive training to become a Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow).
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, following different types of motorsport and getting creative with her sewing machine.
