Lucy Williams is a Legal Assistant and works in the New Build Team within the Conveyancing department at WBW solicitors.  She joined the firm in October 2019 and is based in the Exeter office.

Lucy is a member of our new builds team, although she does have experience dealing in all residential conveyancing matters. She has particular experience in dealing with matters involving new build transactions, sale and purchase of residential properties, Help to Buy and remortgages.

She is completing her CLC Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice studies.

Prior to joining WBW, Lucy worked within the legal sector of a local authority for 10 years.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and going on days out, experiencing new things.
