Lucy Davis is a Legal Assistant and works in the Property Department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2019 and is based in our Torquay office. Alongside running her own caseload, she assists Anthony Fripp the Partner who manages our Torquay office.
Lucy started her career at a small law firm based in the South Hams in 2017 assisting with residential and commercial transactions. Lucy’s aim is to guide you through the conveyancing process in a friendly and approachable way with attention to detail and a thorough approach.
Lucy is currently studying to become a Licensed Conveyancer in her own right and she will qualify in 2026.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys paddle boarding, riding her Motorbike and spending time with family and friends.

Typically, selling/buying a house can be stressful, but not this time. I simply cannot fault Lucy. She has been incredible from beginning to end. Even when I’ve emailed at 17:15, I had reply within 5 minutes – every single time. When we encountered issues with the other parties, Lucy kept us updated and offered the best solution, which was superb.
