Laura Clarke is a Partner and head of Commercial Services at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2004 and is the Branch Manager of our Newton Abbot office.
Laura specialises in a wide range of Commercial and Corporate law services including Business Sales and Purchases, Commercial Contracts, Franchises, Shareholder Agreements and Intellectual Property, as well as advising businesses upon their terms of trading. She is also part of the WBW Farms and Estates team and undertakes commercial work including Partnership Agreements and Retail Contracts.
She qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 after attending the Universities of Plymouth and Exeter and then training with the firm.
Her particular interests are spending time with her family and indulging in the fantastic food and drink that the region has to offer.
