Katrina Skeels is a Partner and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2021 as part of a merger with Beviss & Beckingsale solicitors, with whom she had worked with since 2018. She is the Branch Manager of our Seaton office.
Katrina specialises in residential conveyancing and has particular expertise in dealing with freehold sales and purchases, leasehold transactions including shared ownership leases, properties where a management company is involved, new builds and Help to Buy schemes.
Katrina completed her law degree at the University of Plymouth in 2013 and developed her legal skills as a trainee solicitor and paralegal at several Devon and Somerset law firms. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2018.
In her free time Katrina loves reading and spending time with family and friends as well as going out for walks with the dog.
