Karen Osborn is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at WBW Solicitors, based in Honiton. She joined the firm in 2022 following a merger with Crosse + Crosse Solicitors, where she had worked since 2001. In January 2026, Karen moved into the Dispute Resolution team, bringing with her decades of litigation experience.

Karen has an extensive background in personal injury and clinical negligence work and is widely recognised for her expertise in this area. During her career, she has acted on a broad range of complex and high-value claims, including clinical and dental negligence, employer’s liability, occupational stress, occupiers’ liability and road traffic accident claims. This experience now strongly informs her approach to dispute resolution matters.

Having completed her finals at the College of Law in Guildford, Karen trained and qualified as a Solicitor in London in 1994. She spent the early part of her career working in general litigation before specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury. While practising in London, Karen gained significant advocacy experience, appearing in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court, as well as in numerous County and Magistrates’ Courts.
