Karen specialises in a broad range of Private Client work to include advising on and preparing Wills, estate and trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trust over property and Court of Protection matters.
Prior to joining WBW and retraining in Private Client work, she worked for a larger regional commercial law firm for 15 years specialising in the defence of professional negligence claims, working for various insurer clients.
After qualifying firstly as a Legal Executive in 2007, Karen then carried on her studies to qualify as a Solicitor in 2009 having achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course. She continues her studies and has attained Affiliate Membership of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners, having passed the Certificate in Trusts and Estates with a distinction.
Client said what a lovely lady you are and how well you looked after her. She said it is difficult making Wills and LPAs but you made her feel very much at ease and she would definitely recommend you to anyone. She also said she was worried we might be a bit stuffy but she found us to be very friendly and helpful.
