What Our Customers Say

Joanne Hayes is an outstanding member of your staff. Calm, knowledgeable, engaged and thoroughly, thoroughly competent!

Thank you so much for your work on our purchase. It has been a fairly protracted affair with the odd twist and turn along the way, but your expertise has been a source of reassurance throughout. I have moved house a fair few times over the past 15 years, but never have I encountered a solicitor who is so personable but, crucially, also so swift to respond

Joanne has been a completely amazing weapon to us for both the purchase and sale of our properties and I have no doubt that the reason it has all gone through so smoothly is due to her knowledge, experience and hard work in the background. We feel extremely lucky to have had her representing us! Thank you so much.

Joanne Hayes is outstanding in her courtesy, good humour, knowledge and professionalism. Her service was literally, faultless.

We were selling our property in the run up to the end of the Stamp Duty holiday in June 2021, so I can only imagine how many people were trying to exchange and complete in time to avoid paying full duty. Despite that, Jo was extraordinarily calm and professional and at no point did I feel I was not kept fully informed. In fact, I would go as far as to say (steady on!) that the process was actually enjoyable.
