Fiona Luscombe is a Solicitor in the Private Client Department at WBW Solicitors. She is based in our Newton Abbot office.
Fiona specialises in Wills & Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and issues concerning the Elderly.
Fiona joined the firm in 1987 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1983. She is also a Member of the Notaries Society & The Law Society of England and Wales.
She is a Notary Public which means that she is qualified to witness, authenticate and arrange legalisation of documents for use overseas.
As Fiona now only comes into the office one day a week, she concentrates on Notarial work. However, she still remains an Attorney and Trustee for many established clients. Fiona was a Partner with WBW for many years until she decided reduce her time in the office.
Outside the office, Fiona has many interests including her family; keeping fit and trying to sing in a choir aimed at raising money for charities.
