Emma Davey is a Partner in the Private Client Department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2003 and is based in our Launceston office.
Emma specialises in Wills & Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney for both private clients and business owners.
She is experienced in and enjoys helping families with probate and the administration of estates. Emma also has particular experience within estate planning and the drafting of Wills for farmers, including dealing with property matters such as the dividing up farms.
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and as a Legal Executive two years prior to that in 2009.
Outside of work Emma enjoys spending her spare time travelling and being with her family.
