David Wheaton is a Consultant Solicitor and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in 2018 and is based in our Sidmouth office.
David specialises in all aspects of residential property matters, including the sale and purchase of properties. He has extensive experience of domestic and commercial conveyancing in the West Country.
After reading law at Oxford, he joined a Devon based law firm as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in 1981. David became a Partner at that firm in 1983. He is also a past chairman of the non contentious business committee of the local Law Society.
David is a very active member of the community and is often found at many events local to Sidmouth.
