Carrie Bryce is a Private Client Advisor in the Court of Protection Team of the Private Client Department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2025 following relocation from Sussex, where she worked for a large regional law firm in their Court of Protection Team for over 15 years. Carrie is based in Newton Abbot office.

Carrie specialises in elderly client law and assists with a wide range of

Court of Protection matters, including aspects of Court of Protection applications. She assists vulnerable clients and their families, helping them navigate mental capacity issues and assisting them with the management of their general affairs. She is always approachable and deals with each individual matter with empathy and respect.

Carrie studied with CILEx where she obtained a Certificate in Law & Practice in 2012 . Carrie is a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the Devon countryside and coast and the delights the County has to offer. She also has a keen interest in the paranormal and all things unexplained!
