Carla Eagleson is an Associate in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2020 and is based in the Torquay office.
Carla specialises in residential conveyancing matters, including the sale and purchase of houses. She also has a lot of experience in other areas of property law, such as buy-to-let investments, shared ownership, staircasing, remortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions, new build and auction purchases, first registrations, equity release, and commercial law.
Carla studied at Kingston College in Surrey and has a number of years’ work experience in property law and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in August 2018. She previously worked at another local law firm in Exeter before joining WBW Solicitors in January 2020. In addition to property law, she also studied Family Law and gained work experience in this area which can at times be useful in property law matters which involve matrimonial / separation aspects.
Carla enjoys problem-solving on complex matters and working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring to maintain a client-focused approach on delivering a high-quality service on what can be a very stressful process for many individuals.
