Ben Thomas is a Licensed Conveyancer and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. He joined the firm in April 2023 and is currently based in our Brixham office.
Ben specialises in residential sales and purchases including leasehold work. He also carries out re-mortgages, help to buy loan redemptions, adverse possession claims, first registrations and transfers of equity.
He started his career in September 2015 working for the family law firm in Brixham in which he built up a considerable client base. He qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in February 2019.
In his spare time, he likes to play golf or paddleboard and is a big sports fan. He loves to travel and spend time at the family caravan in Cornwall in the spring/summer. He has two young daughters who keep him extremely busy!
