Anne Keate is a Licensed Conveyancer and works in the Property Department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2021 and is based in the Axminster office.
Anne specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build properties. Anne has worked in local law firms for over 25 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the local property market in Chard, Illminster and the surrounding areas. She studied whilst working to become a Licensed Conveyancer and qualified in 2001.
In her free time, Anne enjoys watching football and regularly attends Plainmoor, the home of Torquay United, where she has been a season ticket holder for over 30 years. She also enjoys walking and always has a book on the go to read
