Amanda Sells is a Paralegal and works in the Corporate Department at WBW Solicitors. Amanda joined the firm in August 2023 and is based in the Torquay office.
Amanda assists the head of the Corporate and Commercial department with transactional work including business sales and purchases, mergers and partnership matters. Amanda also assists with share re-structuring work, company incorporations and the provision of company secretarial services to SME’s.
She qualified as an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2009.
She loves to spend time with her family, walking, cooking and enjoying the countryside, coastline and hospitality for which the South West is renowned.
