Alexandra Croft is a Partner and works in the Property department at WBW Solicitors. She joined the firm in June 2021 and is the Branch Manager of our Sidmouth office.
Alexandra specialises in Residential Property matters, in particular she deals with Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Newbuild Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Property, Remortgages and First Registrations.
Before training as a solicitor, she studied History at Aberystwyth University and graduated in 2006. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law at Guildford College of Law and her Legal Practice Course at Bristol Institute of Legal Practice. Alexandra qualified as a solicitor in 2012 having trained at a local law firm.
Alexandra is approachable and efficient and as a result of this she has had many repeat clients who have come to her regularly for assistance with their legal work. She appreciates that dealing with property matters can be stressful and understands that good communication with clients along with timely and sound execution of the legal work is essential.
She continues to extend her professional development and to keep up to date on Property Law matters by attending courses throughout the year and taking assessments each year in relation to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
When she is not at work, she particularly enjoys spending time with her family on outdoor adventures.
