As a dedicated LLP partner at WBW Solicitors, I have the privilege of playing a key role within the well-respected Private Client department. My expertise primarily revolves around the handling of intricate legal matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, enduring power of attorney registration, probate, and estate administration. Reflecting on my journey with WBW Solicitors, I find it to be a testament to professional growth and unwavering commitment to our clients.
I started my legal career in 2013 at WBW as a trainee solicitor. During those early years, I had the invaluable opportunity to work closely with Catherine Causey, the Head of Private Client, and Tracey Pearce, who has since ascended to the role of Senior Partner, within the Property team. Working with such influential women gave me valuable experiences which helped me to learn and grow within the business. I extremely grateful for their mentorship and support which helped me to develop into my role within the firm.
Over the past decade, my journey at WBW Solicitors has seen me transition through various roles, progressing from a trainee solicitor to a solicitor, associate, and eventually achieving the esteemed status of a salaried partner. Today, as an LLP member, I consider it a great honour to contribute to the success and reputation of WBW Solicitors.
A significant milestone in my career unfolded on 1st August 2023 when I assumed the role of branch manager for the Paignton office. This transition marked a shift from nearly a decade of dedicated service at our head office in Newton Abbot to a new leadership role in a prime high street location. The Paignton branch, formerly known as Gowmans Solicitors, holds deep roots in the local community and has built a reputation for excellence and unwavering commitment over many decades.
The strategic location of the Paignton branch has made it a vital hub for legal services, renowned for its open-door policy—a rarity among law firms in the town. This policy allows clients to access our services, fostering a sense of accessibility and convenience. The branch operates as a dynamic center catering to a diverse range of legal matters, including private client affairs, property transactions, and family law issues.

Many of my colleagues have been an integral part of the branch for an extended period and are deeply rooted in the local community.
