WBW Solicitors is pleased to share that Nadia Kelley, Senior Associate in the firm’s Private Client team, has qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Based in the firm’s Newton Abbot office, Nadia specialises in Court of Protection matters and mental capacity law. She has worked exclusively in this area since 2014 and has developed extensive experience supporting vulnerable clients and their families, as well as advising on community care law and compensation protection trusts.

Nadia joined WBW Solicitors in April 2022 and has since become a valued member of the Court of Protection team. Her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive follows the successful completion of her law degree, postgraduate CILEx training and finally, the Work-Based Learning Portfolio, marking a significant milestone in her legal career.
