WBW Solicitors is proud to announce its recent donation of £250 to Honiton Community Spaces (CUB), a vital community resource in Honiton and the surrounding area. This contribution will help CUB undertake essential building repairs, ensuring that the facility remains a safe and accessible space for the diverse groups and individuals who depend on it.
Honiton Community Spaces (CUB) offers a home to over 12 regular community groups, including Honiton Youth Club, Open Arms mental health peer support group, 729 Club for those with learning difficulties, Baby & Toddler Group, Woodkwirkery Forestry School, and ROC College/United Response for young people with education, health and care plans.
The building itself, which was transferred to CUB from the local authority in 2018, is in need of significant repairs, primarily for its roof and windows. The estimated cost for these repairs is £51,000, including VAT. CUB is now seeking support from key local charity groups, as well as its own fundraising efforts, to complete these crucial repairs over the summer.
