WBW Solicitors is proud to celebrate the remarkable dedication of its people, with more than 25 team members reaching a long service milestone in 2025. Together, they represent over 445 years of combined service across the firm.

Colleagues from a wide range of roles, departments and offices are being recognised this year, reflecting the loyalty and commitment that underpin WBW’s reputation in the South west. Among those honoured is Carrie Webber, Legal Secretary in the Property team in Axminster, who is celebrating an outstanding 45 years of service, and Tracey Gale, Legal Secretary in Torquay, marking 35 years with the firm.

Long-serving colleagues such as Sarah Yates (Office Manager, Exeter), Mandy Crask and Richard Blair (Private Client, Paignton), and Rebecca Cosgrove (Storage Facilities Manager, Axminster) are also being recognised, each having achieved 20 years or more of continuous service.

The Long Service Awards are an important part of WBW’s culture, recognising the individuals who have helped the firm grow into one of the largest legal practices in the South West.
