Meet Our Shining Stars
Emma Oakley – Associate, Private Client Department
Emma Oakley is integral to WBW Solicitors’ Private Client team, specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Court of Protection matters. Since joining the firm in 2018, Emma has gained a stellar reputation for her meticulous approach and empathetic client care.
Emma has over six years of experience with a prominent law firm in Plymouth and holds a CILEx Level 3 qualification. Outside the office, she enjoys running, walking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Ashton Sutcliffe – Senior Associate, Property Department
Ashton Sutcliffe leads the way in residential conveyancing, assisting clients with selling and purchasing homes. Having joined WBW Solicitors in 2015, she has become a trusted legal advisor, offering a wealth of experience in navigating the complexities of property transactions.
With a law degree from the University of the West of England and a Legal Practice Course qualification, Ashton combines her academic achievements with extensive local knowledge, gained from having always lived and worked in the South West.
Morgan Ingram – Private Client Advisor
Morgan Ingram joined WBW Solicitors in March 2024 and has made a significant impact as a specialist in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate. With over five years of experience in private client services, Morgan is recognised as an Associate of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is working towards her full TEP status.
Outside of work, Morgan balances her passion for legal excellence with her love for baking, reading, and caring for her two horses.
Tracey Pearce – Partner, Property Department
Tracey Pearce is a Partner in WBW Solicitors’ Property Department, specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. She has been a cornerstone of the Bovey Tracey office since joining the firm in 1986.
Tracey qualified from Bristol Polytechnic (now the University of the South West) in 1986 and has built an outstanding reputation for her expertise and commitment to client satisfaction.
Tracey lives in Bovey Tracey and is deeply engaged in the local community. In her spare time, she enjoys playing and coaching hockey, walking her two dogs, bell ringing, and singing.
