WBW is pleased to announce that Peter Richards recently qualified as a solicitor in August 2022.

Peter studied law at the University of Exeter and University of Saarland in Germany.  He joined WBW in 2017 and is based in the Newton Abbot office.

Peter is part of the WBW’s Private Client Department and works in the contentious probate team specialising in challenges to Wills, inheritance claims and executor disputes.  Peter prides himself on getting to the heart of complex cases and being straight-talking and pragmatic with his clients.

Ellis Simpon-Lark is also to be congratulated.  She joined the firm in 2018, also based in the Newton Abbot office.  Ellis is enrolled with CILEx Law School and is working towards her Level 6 Certificate in Law and Practice.  She will complete her degree in 2023.

Ellis is a Legal Assistant in the Private Client Department and specalises in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estates.  Previously assisting Matthew Cooper in a support role, her position has now evolved into running her own independent caseload.
