WBW Solicitors is pleased to announce that Stephanie McAulay, Solicitor in our Family Law team, has successfully achieved the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation.
This accreditation is a recognised mark of excellence for legal professionals working in children law. It confirms that Stephanie has demonstrated the necessary expertise, experience and high standards required to represent children, parents and other parties in complex public law children proceedings.
The Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme is awarded to those who can evidence a thorough understanding of the legal, practical and emotional issues involved in cases concerning children. Members of the scheme are qualified to represent children directly, including acting on behalf of a Children’s Guardian in court proceedings.
Stephanie advises on a wide range of family law matters, with a particular focus on public law children cases involving local authority intervention. She also has experience in private law matters, including Child Arrangement Orders and Special Guardianship Orders, and regularly undertakes her own advocacy to provide continuity and reassurance to her clients.
Having joined WBW Solicitors in 2025, Stephanie has built a strong reputation for her compassionate and client-focused approach, supporting individuals and families through what are often highly sensitive and challenging circumstances.
