From 1st October 2026, Luisa Nicholson Solicitor has merged with WBW Solicitors, bringing together Luisa’s established Private Client practice with one of the South West’s largest independent law firms.
The new firm will be called WBW Solicitors LLP incorporating Luisa Nicholson Solicitor.
Luisa Nicholson has joined WBW Solicitors as a Partner and continues to provide specialist Private Client advice to individuals and families.
If you were previously a client of Luisa Nicholson Solicitor, you can continue to contact Luisa and receive the personal service you are familiar with, while now benefiting from access to the wider range of legal expertise available through WBW Solicitors.

Luisa Nicholson at WBW Solicitors
Luisa is an experienced Private Client Solicitor who has built a well-established and respected practice in Brixham. Alongside her work as a Solicitor, Luisa is also an Assistant Coroner.
Following the merger, Luisa will initially be based at WBW Solicitors’ Newton Abbot office before joining our existing Brixham team.
Her arrival further strengthens WBW’s Private Client offering and our presence in Brixham and the surrounding South Devon area.
