Frank is an experienced mediator and sits on Devon and Somerset Law Society's Mediation Committee which holds accreditation through the Civil Mediation Council. His clients include both businesses and individuals and the areas of law he advises in involves contractual disputes, building disputes, debt, insolvency, housing, community care, Judicial Review, Mental Health, insurance, Human Rights, Inheritance Act claims, planning and licensing.

 

Justin
Osborne

Justin Osborne is the head of the Business team at the Newton Abbot office. Justin has extensive experience of mediation, having been a member of the Devon & Exeter Law Society scheme from it's outset. His professional practice involves issues of contested probate, partnership, tenancy and contract law, as well as a degree of employment law. This wide-ranging experience enables Justin to gain a swift understanding of even complex matters. Justin is also professionally responsible for the firms' finances, as a result of which he is well versed in the intricacies of running a business. Justin deals with general litigation matters, including partnership, tenancy and contract disputes, as well as specialising in employment law. He also has responsibility for the firm's finances and is a trained Mediator.

 

Steve
Bulman

Steve is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been for approximately six years. Steve undertakes a wide range of civil litigation matters including Professional Negligence, Property Disputes, Debt and Insolvency, Consumer and Contract Disputes, Housing and other civil litigation disputes.

 

Richard
Blair

Richard qualified initially as a Barrister in 1983 and re-qualified as a solicitor in 1989. Richard has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel since its inception. In the field of clinical negligence litigation, Richard has undertaken claims arising from birthing problems, acted for Claimants in cases concerned with gynaecology, orthopaedic issues, breast cancer misdiagnosis, other cancer-related problems, accident and emergency complications and complex colorectal-related cases. Richard's personal injury experience both as a Barrister and as a Solicitor has included a wide range of employers' liability claims including noise induced deafness, vibration white finger, and respiratory damage claims.
