Whichever mediator you chose you will pay the same fee. We aim to deal with your case efficiently, professionally and with the minimum of fuss.
Our fixed fee structure is based on your case concluding in the allocated time (normally 4 hours) but where there is a need to extend the period or work with the parties after the conclusion of the mediation to bring about a concluded agreement then we will charge an hourly rate + VAT (at the prevailing rate) – see the table below.
Mediation Fees
This fee structure is based on a fee per party:
| Amount in dispute | Mediation fee |
| £0 - £15,000 (4 hour mediation) | £450 |
| £15,001 - £30,000 (4 hour mediation) | £650 |
| £30,001 - £100,000 (4 hour mediation) | £850 |
| £100,001 + (4 hour mediation) | Fee to be agreed |
| Unlimited | Fee to be agreed |
- The fee excludes VAT and is based on a 2 party dispute. In cases involving 3 parties or more will be charged.
- The amount of the dispute will be worked out on the basis of the claim or the counterclaim whichever is greater.
- An hourly rate of £210.00 per hour will be charged if the mediation proceeds longer than the agreed period.
- The Fees cover preparation time, mediation day, admin fee but does not include travel (45p per mile), the venue cost including refreshments which will normally be agreed and arranged between the parties or if we arrange it it will be charged at cost.
