An Executor is named in the Will and who is responsible for obtaining the Probate and administering the Deceased's Estate in accordance with the instructions in the Will. For further information, please refer to Administration of Estates Section.
WBW Solicitors are involved in advising Executors in all areas of estate administration. This also includes advising administrators in the event that the deceased died without a will. See our section on Intestacy.
You can also appoint WBW Solicitors to act as your Executors in your Will. This is particularly helpful where the estate is complicated or even where you do not have tie to administer the estate yourself.
For further details please see our "Making a Will" Section.
