WBW take instructions from a variety of individuals and advise on all employment related matters, from the terms of your contract of employment to unfair treatment and dismissal.
We understand that many employees can feel wronged by their pay, maternity leave, holiday provision, dismissal or relocation. There are those also who feel harassed or discriminated against. We can help you to enforce your rights both through the Employment Tribunal or other alternatives including trying to negotiate an agreement with your Employer.
Before instructing us we will explore funding arrangements from looking in to your own insurance schemes to no win no fee agreements or legal help from the Legal Services Commission. You may also be able to take advantage of a free initial appointment.
Individuals should be aware that there are strict time limits within which you must file a claim at the Employment Tribunal so we suggest contacting us without delay.
